She's decided to change up her career so I'm looking for someone new.

This is a small but important remote role (15–20 hrs/week) supporting my online work.

Graphic Designer / Web Developer / Video Editor

Freelance (15–20 hours/week)
Remote

This is a long-term, flexible role for a detail-oriented, versatile freelancer working across podcasts, websites, newsletters, YouTube, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Newsletters & Social Media: Create graphics, schedule all social media posts/Daily Awesome newsletters, create reels, manage content flow

  • Podcast (3 Books): Design assets, create/schedule YouTube videos and newsletters, upload via Libsyn, publish/update web posts, support launches

  • Websites: Maintain sites (WordPress/Squarespace), update content, monitor issues/security, ensure billing and account information is updated

  • Video/Audio: Edit short-form videos and YouTube content with a style, tone, and quality similar to Mark Manson and Daniel Pink, edit audio for re-released podcast content, support additional video/audio requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong design + video editing skills

  • WordPress/Squarespace experience

  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  • Familiar with podcast platforms (e.g., Libsyn)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects
