I have worked with a wonderful freelance graphics designer / email list manager / web manager / video editor named Sam for around 10 years!
She's decided to change up her career so I'm looking for someone new.
It's a small role — maybe 10-12 hours a week — but important for everything I do online.

Graphic Designer / Web Developer / Video Editor
Freelance (10–12 hours/week)
Remote
I’m looking for a versatile and detail-oriented freelancer to support ongoing creative, web, and media production work across multiple platforms, including podcast content, websites, newsletters, YouTube, and social media.
This is a long-term remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can manage both creative execution and technical upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Awesomes (Newsletter & Social)
Curate and send submissions from Facebook for review
Create and export Daily Awesome graphics
Schedule daily Facebook posts and newsletter distribution
Manage reminders and content flow
3 Books Podcast
Design assets for each chapter (covers, quote graphics, thumbnails, reels)
Create YouTube videos for re-released chapters
Draft and format newsletters for review and approval
Upload and schedule chapters via Libsyn
Upload and schedule YouTube content
Use show notes to publish and update website posts
Add links post-launch (to website + newsletter)
Schedule all related social media content
Website Maintenance

Maintain plugins, updates, and overall site functionality
Update content and pages as requested
Monitor and resolve site issues or crashes
Implement proper website security measures and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues
Schedule recurring blog reposts
Keep bios and key pages current
Social Media
Create graphics based on monthly content plans
Schedule (and occasionally post) content across platforms
Support podcast and campaign launches
General Web & Hosting Management
Manage domain renewals and hosting details
Ensure billing and account information is up to date
Graphic Design
Create assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and more
Design banners and recurring visual elements
Video & Audio Production
Edit short-form video (reels, clips) and add captions
Create YouTube videos for podcast episodes and personal development content, with a style, tone, and quality similar to Mark Manson and Daniel Pink
Edit audio for re-released podcast content
Support additional video/audio requests as needed
Qualifications
Strong graphic design and video editing skills across digital platforms
Experience with WordPress and Squarespace
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Familiarity with podcast platforms (e.g., Libsyn)
Experience scheduling social media and newsletters
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing experience
